Bee Yachts was founded by a passionate group of women and men whose lives have been shaped by the sea for three generations. Established in 2021 under the prestigious umbrella of Besiktas Group — a respected name with deep expertise in ship owning, management, construction, and repair — Bee Yachts continues a tradition of maritime excellence.

Marking the beginning of this exciting journey, My Bee, the very first project of Bee Yachts, was brought to life at Besiktas Group’s top-tier shipyards. This remarkable yacht is the result of a refined collaboration between the visionary Italian designer Sergio Cutolo and the seasoned engineering team at Besiktas Group Shipyards— a true testament to craftsmanship, innovation, and heritage.

the first steps of a long journey

Besiktas Shipyard was established in Yalova in 2008 and has hosted over 2,000 ship repair projects to date. As the most active ship repair yard of Europe, it can serve 15 ships simultanousely and spans a total area of 213,000 sqm. As the most developed ship repair facility in the Atlantic region, it operates with 2 floating docks and one graving dock, and can accommodate diversified range of vessels and very large ships up to 330.000 DWT.

Art Shipyard was established on 2019 at the heart of the industry in Tuzla bay, has swiftly earned a reputation in the industry. Today, it serves over 150 ship owning and management company from 24 different countries all around the world and continuously expands its customer range

Park Shipyard was established in Yalova in 2023, covering an area of 50,000sqm. Equipped with a 285-meter floating dock and a 1,050-meter berthing capacity, it provides high-quality repair and maintenance services for up to five vessels simultaneously.

Besiktas Shipping is a 3rd generation shipping company of Besiktas Group and dates back to 1960s. Today it owns 31 ships of chemical, gas, crude oil, bulkers and containers. It is highly reputable with management skills approved by oil major companies and 1st class charterers.
